The Academy offers programmes designed to match or exceed the quality of any in the world. They range from one day overview sessions on subjects as diverse as Customer Care and Presentation Skills, through to a comprehensive and intensive Strategic Leadership Programme, which runs over 3 days. They all have one thing in common; they will help your organisation to gear up and adapt to the leaner and continuously innovative business structures of the 21st century.
Through the innovative design and delivery of training, the Holistic Academy develops people so that they have a positive impact on their organisations. The Academy programmes are held throughout the country. Each delegate is able to contact their trainer for up to 28 days after the programme. This allows them to clarify some of those "theory to practice" challenges that all too often result in frustration.
