This programme is designed for leaders who are ready to make profound positive changes to the impact they have on the people and processes in their organisations.Leaders will learn, through the use of powerful processes and techniques, how to inspire and challenge the work force, as well as manage processes to deliver exceptional results. This is the second level of the Academy's Leadership Development Programme.
More than mere theory, this highly interactive and intensive five day programme involves role plays, case studies and revealing questionnaires that equip leaders with finely honed skills.
