Roger’s leadership skills have been meticulously honed over the last 30 years, with the ever-present challenges of culture change and continuous improvement in the constantly progressive manufacturing sector.

His engaging delivery style perfectly combines theory with real life situations that never fail to hit the note with leaders who appreciate “coal face” experience. During the past 7 years he has been involved with a wide range of organisations from the manufacturing, service and public sectors, designing and delivering both tailored in-house programmes and open programmes to always appreciative delegates.

Roger is now recognised as one of the country's foremost deliverers of strategic leadership programmes and none who participate in the engagingly facilitated discussions and workshops can fail to be energised to implement their learning experiences immediately. Roger’s more recent work has enabled him to bring the challenging subject of organisational performance management to life, with delegates able to clearly see it as a major motivational aspect of effective leadership.
