As a training professional for some 15 years, the blending of this history with a previous career in sales management both nationally and internationally made Roger an obvious candidate for Business Development Manager when joining up with former associates at Holistic Services in 2003.

Roger’s vast hands-on experience of business at all levels is demonstrated in his ability to match the needs of an organisation with the appropriate skills and abilities of the range of business advisers and consultants available in the Holistic Group and thus provide a specific, bespoke solution to all your needs.

With a wide network of contacts and connections both personal and professional, he is able bring a range of expertise to all situations. As a Chartered Fellow and Committee Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Roger will also ensure that all professional standards are kept. With good language proficiency, he has first rate communication skills.
