Steven’s extensive experience with statutory and legislative requirements has been an intrinsic factor in the successful design & development of our current Academy programmes. A factor that is often neglected in many of today’s leadership development offerings is the necessity to ensure that benchmark leadership practices must be complemented by equally robust statutory knowledge.
This can often leave many organisations, not to mention individual leaders, open to, at best, a poor reputation and, at worst, extremely damaging legal proceedings.
Steven is an experienced practitioner specialising in holistic management and system solutions with emphasis on sustainable solutions, encompassing occupational health, safety, environment, and quality. He has extensive experience of supporting a wide range of organisations across the UK.
Steven has recently launched Workplace Health Connect, in partnership with the Health & Safety Executive, which will be providing free and impartial advice and development on occupational health, safety, and absence management to more than 1000 businesses.
