Strategic Leadership
This programme is designed for departmental or organisational leaders who require strategic leadership skills to enable stepped, positive & sustainable change in the way that their operations perform.
Leaders will first of all consider the 21st century business environment and the implications for organisations who need to stay ahead of the game.
Then, through a dynamic mix of theory, discussions & application, delegates will learn how to set solid strategic objectives, as well as create a fertile foundation for success. This is the third and final level of the Academy’s Leadership Development Programme, but it can also be a stand alone programme for senior leaders.

- Explain the need for stepped increase in organisational change
- Explain the 8 step process for successful and sustained organisational change
- Recognise & describe the 4 human resistances to change
- Recognise and categorise stakeholder involvement and responsibility
- Determine competency requirements for stakeholders and develop plans for their development
- Describe & use policy deployment as a means for engaging the workforce
- Construct an engaging Vision and a practical Mission statement
- Develop CRAMP objectives from the Mission
- Determine your organisation’s critical work processes
- Implement 4 key programmes for nurturing talent within your organisation
- Use a self-developed action plan to improve your leadership skills
