Training Needs Analysis
As well as providing the highest standards of leadership development, the Holistic Academy assists many of its customers with one of the most important steps in the development process – ensuring that the competencies learned are the right ones!
All too often delegates can attend training and development events that at best don’t hit the mark and at worst can have a detrimental de-motivating effect on the individual & subsequently the organisation.
The Holistic Academy will at the very least ensure that upon booking, the programme will be appropriate for the prospective delegate. Where there is a requirement for a more in-depth and robust process, due to either the importance or volume of requirements, we can come along and discuss ways that we can help you define those needs against role requirements more extensively.
A typical TNA process may be initiated by discussions around the competencies of the role followed by meetings with a cross-section of potential delegates. Following these meetings the Academy would provide an objective assessment of the competency gaps and propose appropriate interventions for bridging them.
